Delete your account

This page is for Footroll 90', the game by Tomas Najner. Only friend leagues use an account. You have one only if you have created or joined a friend league.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Options, the gear at the top of the page.
2. Tap Friend-league account.
3. Tap Delete my friend-league account, then Delete account.

Your account is deleted at once, and this can't be undone. You leave every friend league, the computer plays your clubs from then on, and the host role passes to the next player.

Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app, email support@footroll90.com with "Delete my account" as the subject. Send it from the address you added to your account. If you never added one, tell us the league's code and your player name, and we'll ask for what we need to confirm the account is yours. We answer within one month.

What is deleted

• Your account ID and your email address, if you added one.
• Your push notification tokens, join requests, the players you blocked and your shared Footroll Daily scores.
• Your player name in every league, which becomes "-".

What is kept, and for how long

• League tables and results: the league, its name and the results of the clubs you played stay for the other members, without your name or account. A league is erased 90 days after it ends.
• Reports: a report you made or a report of your name stays for up to 365 days, without your account or your name.
• Abuse counts: the tries we count to stop abuse, with a scrambled form of your network address, stay for up to 2 days.
• Purchases: your Club Pass isn't removed, and RevenueCat keeps the purchase records so you can restore it. To have those records deleted too, email us.
• Crash reports: these hold no ID for you and are deleted after 30 days. Anonymous usage data can't be linked to your account.
• Emails to support: we keep them for at most two years.
• Your game: saves, statistics and titles stay on your phone until you delete the app. We never receive them.

Delete some data only

To delete your shared Footroll Daily scores and keep your account, turn off Options → Share my Daily with my friend leagues. To delete anything else, email support@footroll90.com. The privacy policy has the details.
